Chloe is amazing I get allergic reactions everywhere else I go she the only one that properly applies my lashes so the glue doesn’t touch my skin they last forever and I get compliments everyday she also does my lips and laser hair removal I will be a forever customer!
Extensions weren’t put on right. So many extensions were glued to multiple of my eyelashes. And there were a lot that were multiple extensions on 1 eyelash. That isn’t the right way to apply because it’s too heavy and eyelashes grow at different speeds so they start pulling. Most uncomfortable and painful extensions I’ve ever had. They all ended up falling off within a week besides the ones I had to remove myself bc they were so uncomfortable. The owner wouldn’t give me a refund or credit. I decided I did not want to come back in for them to be fixed bc a lot of my eye lashes came off with the extensions. I asked the owner if I could just get a refund or a credit for another day and she never answered. Also I see another review that someone got the express lashes and they didn’t last a week. Maybe you shouldn’t offer services that don’t last. She also was doing a client and they were talking the entire time it was not relaxing at all or a pleasant experience. Also the tape they use under your eye isn’t right. It’s not supposed to hurt when it comes off. I had a red mark from the tape.
I am a new customer and went for my first ever session at Betty Grable last week. I had the pleasure of meeting Janet the lash technician who was absolutely a DOLL and very accommodating to the fact that I was running late to my appointment. She took care of me and was very gentle, asked for my preferences and gave me a cute set. Unfortunately, a day later, somehow the lashes on one eye began to fall out, even following the guidelines of lash care the first 24 hours. I was able to contact and show Chloe the owner about the situation with a picture, and she responded the same day even though they weren’t open for business on weekends. She was able to offer me an appointment as soon as Monday but due to my work schedule, I was not able to come and had to accept an appointment exactly 7 days after my first session. As the week went by, more and more lashes started falling out. I came back a week later, Janet was so apologetic and concerned about my previous experience, she was eager to fix my lashes. She gave me a whole new set, made my eye shape more attractive and seemingly larger. I am absolutely in love with them! Even though my appointment ran late, Janet was absolutely so welcoming and determined that I leave with lashes I love. Not only did she succeed, but she also made me FEEL taken care of as a customer who did not have the best experience the first time around. I would highly recommend working with Chloe and Janet at Betty Grable Lashes. You not will only look your best, but feel your best, from the beautiful lashes and amazing customer service. Chloe is very professional and knows exactly how to make her customers happy. I have been doing my lashes for two years with Chloe and have been very happy. I get compliments on my lashes everyday and highly recommend her. Her space is beautiful, clean and she takes all necessary health precautions. My favorite thing is that she has been doing this for a long time so she gets you in and out!
